Job Title: Social Media Content Creator

Salary Range: P30,000-P40,000

Working hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm 

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Are you ready to make a difference through creative content? We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media and Content Creator to join our team and assist our client in developing, editing, and managing social media content, podcasts, and video materials. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving the company’s educational training programs and outreach initiatives, crafting media that captivates and inspires. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and create content for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Linkedin and Facebook.
• Edit videos and podcasts using tools like Capcut, Davinci Resolve, and other editing software, including AI editing tools.
• Collaborate with the instructional design team to promote educational content.
• Monitor social media engagement and provide insights for improvement.
• Ensure consistent and engaging content is posted regularly across all platforms.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as needed with flexibility and readiness.

Key attributes required

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Relevant work experience in managing social media and crafting engaging content.
• Proficient in creating a showreel.
• A deep understanding of your audience to determine what makes videos engaging and capable of going viral.
• Expertly skilled and incredibly efficient video and podcast editing.
• Proficient in using motion graphics, visual effects, sound effects, and music to enhance engagement, with experience utilizing third-party content libraries such as Motion Array or Endemic Sound.
• Proficiency with tech tools, including Canva, Loom, Microsoft 365, ChatGPT, and Buffer.
• Adopt a creative and proactive approach to social media strategy, working with the founders to plan and execute regular content production.
• Must be organized and excel in time management to meet deadlines, with a knack for strategic thinking and planning ahead!
• A fantastic team player with exceptional communication skills and a strong work ethic, thriving effortlessly even with minimal supervision!
• Must be resilient, thrive under pressure, and be passionate about delivering top-quality results
• Must have a keen eye for detail, be creative and innovative, and have a passion for continuously learning about content production, tools, and skills
• Eager to align with and champion the company’s mission and vision
