Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer support and adept at navigating complex service issues? Join our team as a Service Issue Support, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding our commitment to quality service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the service issue inbox – Oversee the inbox by marking emails as complete once they have been addressed, and leaving them as unread if they require further action.
- Ensure timely responses to all customer inquiries.
- Create tickets for each job using our ticketing system, ensuring all relevant conversation threads, documents, and photos are uploaded to the ticket to capture comprehensive information.
- Ensure that the customer has provided all necessary information, completed all relevant forms, and submitted any required photographs.
- Utilize the decision-making framework to determine the appropriate next steps. Escalate and seek consultation from others as needed when issues fall outside the scope of this framework.
- Schedule appointments with Service Providers using predefined email templates
- Respond to customers and stores using predefined email templates.
- Refer all high-risk claims and any returns to management.
Qualifications and skills:
- Demonstrate excellent English language and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret customer requests and various scenarios within the decision-making framework.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Systematic decision-maker
- Customer service oriented
- High degree of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and ticketing systems (preferred).
