Job Title: Senior Video Editor

Salary Range: P30k – P35k (depending on skills & experience) 

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am-2:30 pm PH time 

We’re looking for a talented Senior Video Editor to bring stories to life through expert editing and post-production of both long-form and short-form content. In this role, you’ll play a key part in creating high-quality, engaging videos that captivate audiences and leave a lasting impact. Your creativity will help transform client testimonials into visually compelling and emotionally powerful narratives. If you have strong skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and multimedia tools, and a passion for storytelling, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities

• Transform long interviews into engaging short videos – Identify the best soundbites, remove filler words, and craft compelling 2.5–3.5 minute video testimonials.
• Create social media snippets – Cut 5 short-form clips per project for thought leadership and brand awareness.
• Seamlessly edit and mask cuts – Use B-roll, animated text, and transitions to smooth out edits and enhance storytelling.
• Enhance footage and audio quality – Improve shaky video, balance color, and clean up poor audio.
• Optimise videos for multiple platforms – Ensure proper aspect ratios and formats for LinkedIn, YouTube, and social media.
• Apply motion graphics and text animations – Add engaging elements to reinforce key messages.
• Manage feedback and revisions – Incorporate client comments efficiently via Frame.io with minimal back-and-forth.
• Maintain consistency across projects – Ensure videos align with the Client’s branding and storytelling style.
• Organise and manage project files – Keep structured folders and version control for easy access.
• Improve workflow and templates – Help refine editing processes to increase efficiency over time.

Key attributes required

• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects – Core technical proficiency for high-quality editing.
• Strong Storytelling Skills – Ability to shape raw interviews into compelling, structured narratives.
• Attention to Detail – Ensuring seamless cuts, smooth pacing, and professional visual quality.
• Efficiency Under Deadlines – Capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining speed and quality.
• Problem-Solving Mindset – Able to fix poor footage, enhance low-quality audio, and find creative solutions.
• Audio & Visual Enhancement Skills – Experience in noise reduction, color correction, and motion graphics.
• Consistency in Brand & Style – Ensuring all videos align with Vouch’s identity and quality standards.
• Strong Time Management & Organization – Ability to prioritize tasks and keep projects on schedule.
• Ability to Take & Apply Feedback Quickly – Open to revisions and refining work efficiently.
• Adaptability & Creativity – Flexible in handling different projects, bringing fresh ideas while following guidelines.
• 2+ years of experience in video editing and post-production – Must have hands-on experience handling professional projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects – Core technical skills required for high-quality edits.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphics expertise – Demonstrates ability and storytelling skills.
• Experience enhancing video and audio quality – Color correction, stabilization, noise reduction, and seamless editing.
• Experience with testimonial or corporate video production (preferred) – Familiarity with interview-based storytelling.
• Experience optimizing videos for different digital platforms – Understanding of formats for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other Social Media channels.
• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Graphic Design, or a related field

• A reliable fiber internet connection and backup internet are required for this role.
