Job Title: Salesforce Specialist

Salary Range: P35,000 – P45,000 (depending on skills and experience)
Work Hours: Monday-Friday; 8:00 am to 4:30 pm PH time (NZ holidays off)

Proposed Start Date: January 8, 2024

Term: 2 months

We are seeking a highly skilled and confident Salesforce specialist to join our team and share their expertise. We are looking for candidates who hold certifications that are just above or adjacent to the Salesforce Administrator certification including but not limited to:

• Platform App Builder
• Marketing Cloud Admin
• Pardot Specialist
• Advanced Admin
• Services/Sales/Experience Cloud Consultant
• Developer certifications (except Platform Developer 2)

If you possess a combination of these certifications and have a passion for teaching then we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed explanations and study materials for Salesforce certifications, catering to individuals starting from scratch.
• Communicate complex technical content in simple terms, ensuring accessibility and understanding for learners at all levels.
• Creating quizzes, practical exercises and video demos for the practical exercise. Note that the video demos are not course videos that students will watch. These video demos are simply walkthroughs on how to do the practical exercise.
• Stay updated with advancements and certification requirements in Salesforce, adapting content to reflect the latest changes.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

• At least 4x certified in Salesforce. 
• OR 3x certified in Salesforce, but you are working towards gaining at least one more by mid-2024.
• At least 2 of the following traits are recommended:
• Experience teaching others and/or helping others achieve certifications in any domain. This does not have to be in Salesforce and does not have to be professional experience.
• Experience in content creation (blogs, video demos, quizzes) and/or technical writing (user manuals, standard operating procedures, forms and policies)
• Professional work experience in Salesforce.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• An excellent team player and can work with minimal supervision

Nice to Have:

• Architect Level certifications
• CPQ Specialist
• Platform Developer 2
• Other Consultant certifications not listed above

Must Have:

• Stable wired internet connection (with backup net)
• Own laptop or PC desktop
• Quicktime player, Screen Recorder
