Job Title: Recruitment Marketing Specialist

Salary Range: P30,000 – P40,000  (depending on skills and experience)
Work Hours: Monday-Friday; 7:00 am to 3:30 pm PH time (may be asked to start earlier if needed, PH holidays off)

Key Responsibilities

• Update and manage databases efficiently.
• Source candidates through various platforms including websites, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Market services and opportunities via social media and other channels.
• Recruit and manage support services, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Key attributes required

• Proficiency in database management, preferably with JobAdder experience.
• Skilled in setting up and managing social media pages and campaigns.
• An understanding of recruitment processes.
• Ability to work flexibly with excellent time management skills
