Job Title: Paid ads specialist – Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

Salary Range: P40,000-P70,000  (negotiable depending on the skills and experience)

Work Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm PH Time

Key Responsibilities 

•   Digital Advertising Management: Develop, manage, and optimise advertising campaigns, primarily on Facebook and TikTok.
•     Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with other teams, including video editing teams, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
•   Strategy Development: Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and target audience.
•   The ability to connect to CRM’s, lead forms and funnels.
•   Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide insights to optimise strategies and improve ROI.
•   Market Research: Conduct market research to stay ahead of digital marketing trends and competitor strategies.
•       Training and Development: Participate in training programs and assist in training other team members as needed.

Key Attributes Required

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Expertise in Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, especially in paid advertising on platforms like Facebook and TikTok.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions for campaign improvements.
• Creativity and Innovation: Creative thinking to develop engaging and effective marketing imagery, copy and strategies.
• Collaborative Skills: Excellent ability to work in a team environment, especially in cross-functional capacity.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
