Job Title: Executive Media Assistant

Salary Range: P25,000-30,000

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm PH time

We’re on the lookout for a versatile Executive Media Assistant who excels in written and oral English. The ideal candidate will have a talent for creating educational tutorials, documenting company processes, and relaying project notes to team members. If you’re someone who can seamlessly blend administrative support with content creation, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Handle executive correspondence, prepare materials for

meetings, and act as the primary liaison for internal and external

communications.

  • Creating Tutorials and Documenting Processes: Lead the creation of detailed

tutorials and documentation for internal processes, ensuring clarity and

accessibility to support staff training and knowledge sharing. This includes both

written guides and video tutorials, using platforms like YouTube, Google sites,

Loom and other software.

  • Social media content ideation, scripting and scheduling: Develop a list of

content ideas, script the short-listed ideas. Schedule the content and send

through longform content to the editing team for repurposing.

  • Podcast: Book podcast guests, manage podcast platform by exporting audio,

uploading, adding show notes, optimizing and tagging guests etc.

  • Optimization for YouTube: Follow provided tutorial on how to optimize video

content for YouTube, apply SEO strategies.

  • Design and Marketing: Design marketing materials using Canva and contribute

to the company’s digital marketing efforts, ensuring brand consistency across all

channels.

  • File Management and Sharing: Manage the secure sharing of digital files and

information between clients and staff.

  • Event and Logistics Coordination: Organize and manage logistics for internal and

external events, including finding studios, flights and accommodation.

Key Qualifications:

  • A keen interest in system optimization.
  • An interest in seeking out and implementing AI technologies.
  • Proven track record in an Executive Media Assistant capacity, complemented by

hands-on experience in digital marketing, along with the creation of tutorials.

  • Proficiency in Google Cloud and Canva; experience with Adobe Suite is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • A commitment to confidentiality and a capability to manage sensitive information.
  • Expertise in creating engaging and informative tutorials and documenting

processes.

  • Creative design abilities for producing marketing materials.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced

  • Excellent communication, written and verbal English skills
  • Proactive with exemplary behavior when interacting with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
