Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Salary Range: P25,000 – P35,000 (depending on skills and experience)
Work Hours: Monday-Friday; 6:00 am to 2:30 pm PH time (NZ holidays off)

We are seeking for a talented and creative Digital marketing specialist to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in enhancing our client’s online presence and driving the digital marketing initiatives. Your key performance will be based on the following criteria:

• A high degree of accountability to ensure tasks are accurately completed on time.
• Growth of online business with a performance bonus linked to measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and update pages on the Wix website.
• Manipulate photos to ensure they fit the brand’s aesthetic.
• Utilise design skills to enhance website visuals and user experience.
• Upload and edit images for the website, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
• Add logos and other branding elements to images.
• Take the lead in creatively designing and updating our website.
• Upload images to Trademe and other portals
• Craft compelling descriptions of products on Trademe.
• Ensure product images and descriptions on the Wix website are up-to-date and engaging.
• Administer ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the marketing team.
• Collaborate with the social media team to ensure integrated marketing efforts.

Key Attributes:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and website management, showcasing a portfolio of past work.
• Proficiency in Photoshop or Canva or similar
• Knowledge and experience in using Wix
• Strong website page design skills.
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite; must confirm if they have an active Adobe license.
• Ability to work from a brief and produce material as a test of competency.
• Strong communication skills to understand and execute directives.

Must Haves:

• Stable wired  internet connection (with backup internet) at home
• Own laptop or desktop computer
