Job Title: Adviser Associate

Salary Range: P25-30k

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm PH time

We are looking for enthusiastic, talented, and self-driven individuals to join our team as an Adviser Associate. The purpose of your role is to assist advisers with the advisory process, including client relations, with a secondary function of assisting the smooth operation of the business’s daily functions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting advisers with the advisory process, including client interface, and back-end tasks to assist financial advisers operate effectively and efficiently
  • Loading data into Client/Customer Relationship Management software (CRM), and managing the CRM workflow for an adviser.  This will usually encompass two (2) of the three (3) following areas:
    • Investment, financial planning, property investment
    • Mortgage advice (“mortgage broking”)
    • Personal insurance advice (“insurance broking”)
  • Liaising with product providers, usually encompassing two (2) of the three (3) following areas:
    • Investment fund managers, possibly property developers
    • Lenders (usually banks) for mortgage advice
    • Insurers for insurance advice
  • Managing clients from lead to purchasing a property
  • Build and maintain client relations from lead to settlement
  • Booking client meetings for advisers
  • Preparing documentation
  • Client file management
  • Perform AML checks
  • Inquiry management and response
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as preparing and reviewing documents
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.

 

Key Attributes:

  • A minimum of 2 years of banking and finance experience
  • Has a strong initiative and proactive mindset alongside exceptional critical thinking skills
  • Good with numbers
  • Has strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Good English communication skills, written and verbal 
  • Skilled in using the Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to learn other software systems
