Job Title: Marketing and Admin Support

Salary Range: P25,000-35,000

Working hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm 

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

 

Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for administration and marketing? We seek a highly organized individual to handle daily administrative tasks efficiently, supporting Directors and staff in our showroom and workshop. This allows them to focus on client-facing work. The ideal candidate excels in time management, attention to detail, and independent work in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Managing social media, digital marketing, and content creation, including the use of assets provided by the team.
  2. Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and related financial tasks, including data entry.
  3. Converting job cards to draft invoices, with basic mechanical knowledge being beneficial, along with the ability to identify part numbers and prices.
  4. Providing personal and virtual assistant support to the Directors.
  5. Providing support to other admin staff as needed.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  1. Adept at content creation and posting on Google My Business, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  2. Responding promptly to online inquiries to ensure quick engagement with potential customers.
  3. Highly accurate data entry.
  4. Basic knowledge of data entry using accounting software.
  5. Basic mechanical knowledge, particularly related to tractors, farm equipment, Bobcats, lawn maintenance machines, and similar machinery, to interpret handwritten job cards and convert them into draft invoices.
  6. Ability to look up and price part numbers for inclusion on draft invoices.

Additional Requirements:

  1. Must have access to a computer capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  2. Reliable internet connection to access our servers.
