Job Title: Marketing & Admin Assistant (Part-Time)

Salary Range: P156.25 per hour / 20 hours per week

Working hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm 

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Are you a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing? We are looking for a Marketing & Admin Assistant to support the execution of innovative marketing initiatives for our clients. In this role, you will assist with campaign execution, content creation, and digital marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update artwork or videos using programs such as CapCut or Canva for marketing campaigns and social media content
• Format and enter content into HubSpot email templates to ensure effective communication
• Generate engaging social media posts with AI assistance
• Maintain and update website content on WordPress (no coding required)
• Maintain and update the HubSpot database to ensure accurate records
• Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
• Assist in writing blogs and marketing content using AI tools
• Provide content ideas and suggestions to enhance marketing strategies
• Assist with invoice creation and processing in Zoho

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in written English for clear and effective messaging.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Experience using Canva to design visuals for digital marketing.
• Ability to schedule and manage posts on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Google My Business Updates: Experience in posting and managing business updates for improved visibility.
• Basic WordPress skills for updating and maintaining website content.
• Ensuring accuracy and consistency in all marketing materials.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Bringing fresh and engaging ideas to marketing campaigns.
• Willingness to learn and adjust to new marketing tools and trends.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
• Taking initiative and contributing to marketing improvements.
