Title: Senior Recruitment Specialist
Salary Range: P30,000 – P35,000

In this role, you will play a critical part in redefining recruitment practices, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting HR functions. Key Responsibilities:

HR & Recruitment Support

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques (e.g., social media, referrals, networking events) to identify top talent.
  • Conduct engaging and dynamic interviews to assess candidates’ true potential.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recommend strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive workplace culture through internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.

Administrative Support

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and overall administrative tasks.
  • Handle direct inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records, including employee files, contracts, and documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and appointments.
  • Support the HR Manager with research, presentations, and process improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment and administrative roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and adaptable mindset.
  • Strong ethics, professionalism, and a customer-service-oriented approach.
