Salary Range: P70,000 – P90,000

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 3:00 pm PH time

We are seeking a talented and experienced Software developer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that meet the highest standards. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and collaborate with a dynamic team of designers and stakeholders. 

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 yrs experience ins web/software development
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Strong experience in React.js, Laravel, Silverstripe, and GraphQL.
  • Proven ability to write clean, well-documented code that adheres to industry standards.
  • Experience in designing and developing responsive web applications.
  • Strong UI/UX mentality and ability to work collaboratively with designers and

stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a client-facing role when required.
  • Enjoy the opportunity to take ownership of some products.
  • Experience in mobile app development is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the project team to develop and maintain web applications using React.js, Laravel/Silverstripe, and GraphQL.
  • Write clean, efficient and  well-documented code that adheres to industry standards.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain APIs for client-side applications.
  • Work with the UI/UX team to ensure that the user interface is intuitive and easy to use.
  • Ensure that the web applications are responsive across all devices and browsers.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
  •  Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding

standards.

  • Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Bonus: Experience in app development and familiarity with mobile app frameworks like

React Native, Flutter or Ionic.

  •  Bonus: Development in a .NET environment
  •  Be responsible for familiarizing themselves with and improving the codebase of some

 long-running client projects.

  • Communicating effectively with clients and providing support when needed.
  • Taking ownership of assigned projects and driving them to successful completion
