Job Title: Property Administrator Support
Salary Range: P30k-40k
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm PH time
We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and self-driven individual to join our team as a Property Administration Support. You will be performing a variety of administration, accounts, and clerical tasks for both the property team and administration teams to ensure the smooth running of our property division.
Accounts
- Completion of bimonthly GST returns for review.
- Cost reviews
- Bank reconciliations and coding
- Entering supplier invoices in Xero, loading of payment batches.
- Tenant invoicing, and management of tenant arrears.
- Preparation of OPEX washup calculations.
- Preparation of monthly property management reports.
- Various accounts administrative tasks as required
Continuous Improvement
- Actively work to evaluate current work practices to improve procedures and workflows
Health & Safety
- Actively support safe workplace procedures and policies regarding health, safety, and wellness within all company’s operations.
- Ensure all workplace incidents are accurately recorded in a timely manner.
Other
- Other work as required by COO, CFO & Directors from time to time
Key Attributes:
- 4-5 years customer service experience
- 2-3 years office experience
- 2-3 years property management experience
- Accounts experience, creditor & debtor control
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical & problem-solving ability with attention to detail
- High degree of computer literacy including Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of property management industry
- Understanding of furniture retail industry
- Working knowledge of Business Central, Xero, Released, Workflow Max or similar accounting program
- Positive and enthusiastic, not afraid to challenge the status quo
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and staff across all levels of the business
- Proactive in the identification of opportunities and issues
- A logical and methodical approach with the ability to think laterally and use initiative
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
- In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
- High school diploma.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
